In line with its strategy to strengthen its leading position in the IT infrastructure market,   Ebttikar has entered into a partnership agreement with Juniper Networks, the industry-leader in IP networking and security solutions.

As a J-Partner, Ebttikar will be able to expand its offerings portfolio in the areas of security solutions via Juniper’s Security Products, and networking optimization solutions via Juniper’s Application Acceleration Products.

EBTTIKAR Technology Co. has been re-certified as HP OpenView Accredited Partner from HP. The OpenView Accreditation officially recognizes EBTTIKAR's team, as being able to plan, design, implement and support OpenView solutions.


Ebttikar Organized ITIL Training for its Staff
In its endeavour to enhance the organization’s maturity level, and to be compliant with the Defacto Standard practice in IT Service Management (ITIL), Ebttikar has organized and sponsored Information Technology Service Management ( ITSM) Training for eight of its Staff.

The Training consisted of Two Workshops, one week each in addition to two days of exam preparation. The first workshop covered the Service Support while the second covered the service delivery. The Training was conducted by ITpreneurs, a leading training solutions company in the IT Management and IT governance best practices domain.

Ebttikar Staff attending the training were from Support Function, Project Management Office and Systems Integration. Certification exam has been scheduled for Service Support and Service delivery.

Cisco "Program Excellency" Award for 2005

During the Cisco Partner Summit 2006, "Program Excellency" Award has been presented to EBTTIKAR for the best Cisco Program Compliance during 2005. Dr. Abudullah Al Saeedi, the GM of Ebttikar received the award from Mr. Osvaldo Bianchi, Cisco EM Channel Director and Dr. Bader Albader, the GM of Cisco Saudi Arabia. EBTTIKAR Annual Forum 2006
Ebttikar held its 2006 Annual Forum at the Riyadh Intercontinental Hotel in March 14, 2006. The AFG President HRH Prince Mohammed K.A. Al-Faisal honored the event by his presence. More than 150 employees have attended the forum from all over the Kingdom. Dr. Abdullah Al Saeedi, GM of Ebttikar, has presented Ebttikar’s Business Strategy for 2006 which will focus in positioning Ebttikar as a leading IT Infrastructure Solutions Provider offering new services in the area of IT consulting and outsourcing. In a warm and motivational speech, HRH Prince Mohammed has highlighted the challenges that Saudi IT market is facing and how Ebttikar have addressed some of these challenges. He clearly stated that Ebttikar is in the right direction and AFG will continue supporting Ebttikar to execute its strategy and achieve its stated goals. Finally, HRH Price Mohammed and Dr. Abdullah have awarded more than 22 employees for their outstanding performance and valuable support during 2005.
